The company was formerly known as the Hydraulic Machinery Factory of Shandong Linyi Water Conservancy Engineering Corporation and Linyi Ansheng Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall Decoration Co., LTD. It was restructured into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linyi Water Conservancy Group on October 19, 2022.

With the certificate of approval for the design of medium-sized fixed winch type starting and closing machine issued by the General Bureau of Product Quality Supervision of the Ministry of Water Resources, the company can carry out the design of medium-sized starting and closing machine according to the customer's requirements, and at the same time, it can carry out the refinement of the drawings of other kinds of products. The company undertakes the production and installation of large-scale curved steel gates, plane fixed-wheel steel gates, plane sliding gates, steel dam gates, herringbone gates, ship gates, barrages, cleaning machines, fixed winch-type starters, hydraulic starters, screw-type starters, and electrical automation control systems, monitoring systems, low-voltage control systems, etc. The company is also capable of designing medium-sized starters according to customers' requirements, and can also do the detailed work on drawings of various other products.
